Domino Is Coming Out of the Closet
For all you design buffs who cried when the magazine Domino was shuttered, listen up. Conde Nast is resurrecting it for a one time, special edition called Quick Fixes.
Some considered Domino to be obsession worthy – so much so that there is a Flickr group dedicated to old content. So I know some of you out there will be hootin’ and hollerin’ about this. I, for one, wish that I could roll back time and be one of Domino’s staff photographers. That’d be my dream job…aside from this dream job of course…which is dreamy!
Unfortunately won’t be available for a bit. The magazine will hit the streets April 17 for $10.99, and a second special edition is scheduled for the Fall.
A talented team of editors will go all out for the quick fix: small things that make big difference from quick spruce-ups of dowdy furniture to more involved DIY projects like painting stairs or reorganizing a home office.
Do you remember the old tag line: ‘the guide to living with style.’ Oh to have that back again! I could use that guide.
