These children’s CDs are really the best kid’s music I’ve found yet. They are fun and you, as a parent, who listens over and over and over again, will not pull your hair out. At least for a lot longer than with other kid’s music.
Our favorite is the French Playground CD, which neither me nor my daughter understand but that doesn’t stop the dancing and singing along. We also have the New Orleans Playground and the African Playground, which are in heavy rotation but not as favored as the French.
If you’re in need of new music for your child and want something that won’t make you cringe every time you hear it…give them a try. Plus, as a bonus, they have GREAT compilations of all types of adult music, too.

I love the Putomayo World playground CD and my son loves it too. I haven’t heard the French playground one, but I’ll check it out.
